The unit is designed for rough bark peel of logs with a diameter of 70 to 280 mm and a length of 1500 mm. It consists of frame on two levels made from welded steel construction profiles. On the lower level are mounted 7 rotary shafts, mounted at both ends in self-aligning bearings, rotating at 50 rpm/min. On the shafts are welded pentagonal plates of thick structural steel. Their tops are welded with hard alloy electrode to increase their durability. Driven by chains from reduction gearbox, which receives movement from engine with 5.0 kW power and 1000 rpm / min. On the upper level are mounted three pressing rolls. Mounted in self-aligning bearings on arms from profiled rectangular tube rotating at 50 rpm/min. Driven by chains from reduction gearbox, which receives movement from engine with 5.0 kW power and 1000 rpm / min. The arms of the rollers are able to perform swing movements to be able to take logs of different diameter. For the purpose for each roll is working couple hydraulic cylinders. Installed electric output 10kW.
